● WHAT ABOUT COLLAR CARE?
Collars can be machine washed in a mesh bag on "delicate care", however, we recommend placing them in a washing the my hand to extend their wear. DO NOT put collars in the dryer; lay collars flat or hang-dry.

● HOW SAFE ARE COLLAR BOW & FLOWER ACCESSORIES TO WEAR?
Remember to watch your dog when they're wearing accessories or fancy collars as some might get ruined during playtime and should only be worn on special occasions, walks, etc. It might be wise to remove bows, flowers, and pet necklaces when you're not watching your pet.

● Special Note: Our Couture Rosette Dog Collars & Leashes are for occasional wear, not everyday wear. The fabric used to embellish the collars and leashes is taffeta. Handle with care.

● Collar safety is "your" responsibility!
Please inspect your pet's collar frequently for any wear and tear that might compromise its strength or safety.

Since our fabric collars are made-to-order not one will have exactly the same pattern or design. Since each piece of fabric is individually cut to make a collar or leash, pattern placement will vary slightly.

● Use a soft measuring tape to determine your pet's neck size.
● A properly fitting collar should have enough room to fit two fingers between the collar and the pet for comfort.
● Please note that our collar measurements for fitting neck size (ie Size Large - Fits 16" - 22" necks are established by using a tape measure on the inside of the collar when buckled and extended to maximum length.
● Lengths may vary slightly from product to product due to each being hand made and not mass produced.

Be sure to measure your pup's neck using a measuring tape prior to ordering to ensure proper size for a perfect fit. If you have doubts or your dog is in-between sizes, order a size up. If you have any questions about sizing, contact us.

Martingale dog collars are designed with two loops. The two loops work together when a dog pulls on a leash to give a "humane squeeze" and keeps the dog in check. The Martingale design also prevents the dog from slipping backwards out of the collar. The Martingale is a must-have for breeds like greyhounds and whippets, whose heads are smaller than their necks.

HOW TO MEASURE:
1) measure behind the ears using a soft tape measure; 2) measure around the widest part of the head; 3) measure around the neck where the collar will sit.

Example: If your dog has a 14" neck & a 16" head select a size medium collar (adjustable from 14-18"). Also add at least 2 inches to the widest head measurement so you can slide the collar on and off easily.

Small (fits neck sizes: 11-15")
Medium (fits neck sizes: 15-21")
Large (fits neck sizes: 18"-26")
XLarge (fits neck sizes: 23-31")
